Will I have to pay import taxes?

All orders ship from Berlin, Germany.

If you are located in the EU there will be NO import tax and NO customs duty.

If you are located outside the EU your order might be subject to customs duty. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about the tax rates since we do not know about the customs rates of all countries worldwide. If you want to talk to us about your order and the possible customs duty please send us an email or give us a call and we will help.

We will always ship orders fully documented according to the law and to regulations of the shipping carriers. Do not ask us to ship orders as a gift, without invoice, with a faked invoice, from a private address, without customs papers or with incorrect customs papers, etc. Requests like these will be ignored. All orders will ship as required by the law.
