I paid via bank wire transfer. When will my payment arrive?

Bank transfers are not instantaneous. International bank wire transfers usually take 3 to 4 business days. Business days are weekdays, excluding saturday, sunday, bank holidays, national holidays, etc.

Even if the money has already been taken from your bank account it might take some time until it is credited to our account. You will receive an automatic email as soon as the payment has been credited to our account. If the payment has not arrived after a week though then please contact our support team.
